1. Scope and contact

This policy explains how the Loop & Stitch mobile app processes information. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to foresightmedia2@gmail.com.

2. Information stored only on your device

The app stores lesson progress, stitch counts, streak history, selected craft and goal, language and appearance preferences, project task state, and garment measurements you enter. This information is used to personalize lessons and projects. It is not uploaded to us.

Deleting the app normally deletes this local learning data. Reinstalling the app will not restore it because version 1.0 has no account or cloud synchronization.

3. Premium purchases

Payments are processed by Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app uses RevenueCat to obtain products, complete and restore purchases, and determine whether the Premium entitlement is active.

For this purpose, RevenueCat may process an app user identifier, purchase and subscription information, and technical information needed to operate the service. Apple and RevenueCat process data under their own policies. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Support messages

The in-app support form opens your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. If you contact us, we receive the name, reply address, message and any information you voluntarily include. We use it only to respond, prevent abuse, and keep records where legally necessary. You may ask us to delete the correspondence.

5. What version 1.0 does not use

• No advertising or cross-app tracking.
• No analytics SDK.
• No account, contact list, precise location, camera or photo-library access.
• No upload of learning progress or garment measurements.

6. Retention and security

Local information remains until you clear app data or delete the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, handle follow-up, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete local app information by changing it in the app or deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of support correspondence. Contact us to exercise those rights. Purchase-history requests may need to be directed to Apple or RevenueCat.

8. Children

Loop & Stitch is a general-audience learning app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information should contact us.

9. International processing and changes

Purchase providers may process information in countries other than yours using safeguards described in their policies. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
