Terms of Use

1. The service

Loop & Stitch provides self-paced educational content, visual stitch diagrams, practice tools, stitch counting, and guided sewing projects. The first module of each learning path may be available free of charge. Premium availability and contents are shown in the app before purchase.

2. Educational and safety notice

The app is an educational aid, not a substitute for professional tailoring instruction, equipment manuals, or supervision. Use needles, pins, irons, cutters and sewing machines carefully and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions. Garment calculations are estimates; verify measurements and make a test garment when fit or expensive material is at stake.

3. Premium, billing and renewal

Available products, billing periods, localized prices, taxes, trials and promotions are displayed by Apple App Store at checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the store. A lifetime purchase, when offered, is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

The store charges your account and controls billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Except where law requires otherwise, refund decisions are made by Apple.

4. Restore and access

Use “Restore purchases” after reinstalling the app or moving to another compatible device using the same Apple ID. Access can be delayed by store availability, network conditions or account status. We may change or discontinue content while preserving rights required by law.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The app, lessons, diagrams, text, artwork and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not resell, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the app accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop & Stitch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Store-specific terms

Apple is not responsible for the app’s learning content or support. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms unless a custom agreement is presented in the store.

8. Changes, governing rules and contact

We may update these terms for new features, legal requirements or safety reasons. The effective date identifies the current version. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Questions: foresightmedia2@gmail.com.
