Restore Premium

Open Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If the purchase still does not appear, confirm it is active in your App Store subscription settings, then contact us.

Cancel a subscription

Open your App Store subscription settings and select Loop & Stitch. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Progress after reinstalling

Version 1.0 stores learning progress and project measurements only on the device and has no account sync. Deleted local progress cannot be restored. Store purchases can still be restored separately.

Report a lesson issue

Tell us the learning path, lesson title, step number and what was unclear or unsafe. A photo is optional; the app itself does not request photo access.
